Tikehau Capital supporta FPIM, PMV e Monaco Resources Group nell’acquisizione di Euroports

Tikehau Capital, il gruppo specializzato in asset management e investimenti alternativi, ha annunciato di aver supportato un consorzio di investitori composto da FPIM e PMV – divisioni per gli investimenti istituzionali rispettivamente del governo federale belga e fiammingo –  e da Monaco Resources Group nell’acquisizione di Euroports, una delle principali società di infrastrutture portuali in Europa.

Euroports gestisce 26 terminal portuali d’altura, strategicamente posizionati lungo le principali rotte commerciali, e conta oltre 3.000 dipendenti che si occupano di sviluppo, funzionamento e gestione di soluzioni marittime per la supply chain a livello globale, rivolte a clienti internazionali in diversi settori industriali. Ogni anno Euroports gestisce oltre 60 milioni di tonnellate di prodotti sfusi, confezionati, containerizzati e liquidi per conto di aziende leader di settore con cui possiede rapporti di business di lungo periodo.

L’ingresso di PMV, FPIM e Monaco Resources Group in qualità di nuovi azionisti rafforzerà le prospettive per un futuro di successo del gruppo Euroports, permettendo all’azienda di proseguire con l’implementazione del proprio business plan quinquennale, continuando a raggiungere gli obiettivi volti alla fornitura di servizi best-in-class ed espandendo la propria presenza in altre aree geografiche, introducendo anche nuovi prodotti.

Tikehau Capital supports FPIM, PMV and Monaco Resources Group in their acquisition of Euroports

Brussels– Tikehau Capital, the alternative asset management and investment group, today announced it has supported a consortium of investors composed of FPIM and PMV, the institutional investment arms of respectively the Belgian Federal and Flemish governments and Monaco Resources Group to acquire Euroports, one of the largest port-infrastructure companies in Europe.

Euroports operates 26 deep-sea port terminals, which are strategically located along key trade routes and counts over 3000 employees who develop, operate and manage global maritime supply chain solutions for international clients across several industry sectors. Euroports handles more than 60 million tons of bulk, breakbulk, containerized and liquid products per year for industry leading companies with whom it has long-term relationships.

The arrival of PMV, FPIM and Monaco Resources Group as the new shareholders will strengthen the prospects for a successful future of the Euroports group as the company utes its five-year business plan, continues to deliver on its goals of providing best-in-class services, and expands into new geographies and products.
